Hi my name is Charles Curtis.  I first attended Resurrection Beach MCC back in 1993 when it was known as Ocean of Life MCC.  I had been invited by a Lesbian couple I worked with.  For whatever reason at that time, I guess I just was not interested in church, and so I didn’t continue attending.  In 2016 I was introduced to Resurrection Beach MCC by my roommate and closest friend of 35 years.  I continued to attend Resurrection Beach MCC, I became a member in 2017, and I was elected to the Board of Directors in 2018.  My passion is to learn as much about the Lord as possible.  As a loyal Catholic, I continue to practice my faith as a Catholic, while encompassing MCC theology and being actively involved in serving my community at Resurrection Beach MCC.  I am driven to help others because I feel I am making a difference in other peoples’ lives.
